5. Reward Points

If rewards were used toward a purchase that is subsequently returned or refunded, the reward amount may be treated according to the applicable refund and rewards rules.

Where a partial refund or partial return is processed, the number or value of rewards associated with the transaction may be adjusted accordingly.

SUNZINE reserves the right to correct reward balances where rewards were incorrectly credited due to a technical, administrative, or system error.

10. Promotional & Bonus Rewards

From time to time, SUNZINE may offer additional rewards, bonus points, limited-time campaigns, or special member benefits.

Promotional rewards may have separate:

• Eligibility requirements

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain rewards

• Any other activity that SUNZINE reasonably determines to be abusive or fraudulent

SUNZINE may cancel affected rewards and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate the associated account.

14. Reward Balance Errors

If you believe that your reward balance is incorrect, please contact SUNZINE customer support with your account and transaction details.

We may investigate discrepancies and make appropriate corrections where a genuine error has occurred.

SUNZINE is not responsible for rewards that cannot be credited due to incorrect account information, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Program Changes

SUNZINE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Rewards Program at any time.

This may include changes to:

• Reward earning rates

• Redemption values

• Eligibility requirements

• Reward expiry periods

16. Program Termination

18. No Cash Value

• Cannot be treated as a deposit or monetary balance.
