Lifetime Warranty Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

At SUNZINE, we believe that jewellery should be made to be enjoyed for years to come. Our Lifetime Warranty is designed to provide customers with confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of their SUNZINE jewellery.

This Lifetime Warranty Policy explains the coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim process applicable to eligible SUNZINE products.

By purchasing an eligible product from SUNZINE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. What Does Our Lifetime Warranty Cover?

The SUNZINE Lifetime Warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that occur during normal and intended use of the jewellery.

Subject to the terms of this policy, covered issues may include:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Defects in workmanship.

  • Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process.

  • Certain issues with jewellery components that are determined by SUNZINE to have resulted from a manufacturing or workmanship defect.

  • Other manufacturing-related issues identified and approved by SUNZINE after inspection.

The warranty applies only where the issue is determined to have resulted from a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue and not from normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

2. What Does "Lifetime" Mean?

For the purpose of this policy, Lifetime Warranty refers to coverage for the reasonable usable lifetime of the original eligible SUNZINE jewellery product, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations described in this policy.

The Lifetime Warranty does not mean that the product is guaranteed against every type of damage or deterioration for the customer's lifetime.

Jewellery is a wearable product and may naturally experience changes over time due to regular use, exposure to environmental conditions, and normal wear and tear.

3. Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for warranty service:

  • The product must be an eligible SUNZINE product.

  • The product must have been purchased directly from SUNZINE or through an authorized SUNZINE sales channel.

  • The customer may be required to provide valid proof of purchase.

  • The product must be identifiable as a SUNZINE product where applicable.

  • The warranty claim must relate to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue.

  • The product must not have been improperly modified, repaired, altered, or damaged after purchase.

The Lifetime Warranty is intended for the original purchaser and is generally not transferable unless expressly permitted by SUNZINE.

4. Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect is an issue that existed as a result of the manufacturing or workmanship process rather than damage caused after the product was purchased.

Examples may include certain structural or assembly issues that occur under normal intended use.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by SUNZINE.

The final determination of whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect will be made by SUNZINE after reviewing the product and available information.

5. What Is Not Covered?

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by circumstances other than manufacturing defects.

The following are generally excluded from warranty coverage:

Normal Wear & Tear

Jewellery naturally experiences wear over time.

Normal wear and tear may include:

  • Minor surface scratches.

  • Small marks resulting from regular use.

  • Natural changes in finish or appearance.

  • Gradual loss of shine.

  • Minor abrasions.

  • Normal signs of ageing associated with regular wear.

These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Accidental Damage

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impacts, drops, crushing, bending, or other physical force.

Improper Use

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper, abnormal, or unintended use of the jewellery.

Exposure to Chemicals

Jewellery can be affected by chemicals and environmental substances.

Damage caused by exposure to substances such as:

  • Perfume

  • Cosmetics

  • Lotions

  • Hair sprays

  • Cleaning products

  • Chlorine

  • Salt water

  • Other harsh chemicals

may not be covered under the Lifetime Warranty.

Water & Moisture Damage

Unless a product is specifically designed and marketed as water-resistant, damage caused by prolonged or repeated exposure to water or moisture may not be covered.

Customers are advised to remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or engaging in activities involving significant exposure to water or moisture.

Loss or Theft

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover jewellery that has been:

  • Lost

  • Misplaced

  • Stolen

The warranty applies to defects in an eligible product and does not constitute jewellery insurance.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Warranty coverage may be void if the product has been:

  • Repaired by an unauthorized jeweller or third party.

  • Resized or altered without SUNZINE's approval.

  • Modified or customized outside SUNZINE.

  • Disassembled or otherwise tampered with.

Damage Caused by Improper Storage or Care

Damage resulting from improper storage, cleaning, maintenance, or handling may not be covered.

6. Plating, Finish & Surface Changes

Depending on the material and finish of a jewellery piece, its appearance may naturally change with regular use.

Changes such as:

  • Fading

  • Discoloration

  • Minor scratches

  • Surface marks

  • Changes in shine

  • Gradual wear of surface finishes or plating

may occur over time and may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers should follow the recommended care instructions for their jewellery to help maintain its appearance and condition.

7. Stones, Pearls & Decorative Elements

Where jewellery contains stones, pearls, crystals, or other decorative elements, warranty coverage may depend on the cause of the issue.

Damage caused by:

  • Impact

  • Dropping

  • Improper handling

  • Excessive pressure

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper storage

may not be covered.

If a stone or decorative element becomes loose or detached due to a suspected manufacturing defect, SUNZINE may inspect the product to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service.

8. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe that your SUNZINE jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase.

  2. Customer name and contact details.

  3. Clear photographs of the jewellery.

  4. A description of the issue.

  5. Additional photographs or videos where requested.

  6. Any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.

Our team may initially review photographs or videos to determine whether further inspection is required.

9. Product Inspection

In certain cases, SUNZINE may require the jewellery to be returned for physical inspection.

The product will be examined to determine:

  • The nature of the issue.

  • Whether the issue is consistent with a manufacturing defect.

  • Whether the product has been subjected to accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper care.

  • Whether the claim falls within the scope of this Lifetime Warranty.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically mean that the claim will be approved.

Warranty coverage is determined after evaluation of the product and the circumstances surrounding the issue.

10. Warranty Resolution

If SUNZINE determines that an eligible product has a manufacturing or workmanship defect covered under this policy, SUNZINE may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the affected component.

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product, subject to availability.

  • Provide another appropriate resolution based on the nature of the defect.

The specific resolution will depend on the product, availability, nature of the defect, and circumstances of the claim.

If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, SUNZINE may provide a suitable alternative where applicable.

11. Repair & Replacement Limitations

Warranty service is subject to product availability and the feasibility of repair or replacement.

A replacement product may not necessarily be identical to the original product if the original design, material, component, or finish is no longer available.

SUNZINE will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable resolution.

Warranty service does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund.

12. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Where a product needs to be returned for warranty inspection or service, SUNZINE will communicate the applicable shipping instructions to the customer.

Customers should not send products to SUNZINE without receiving return instructions from our support team.

Any applicable shipping responsibilities or charges will be communicated to the customer before the product is sent for warranty service.

13. Warranty Claim Approval

SUNZINE reserves the right to reject a warranty claim where inspection determines that:

  • The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.

  • The product has been accidentally damaged.

  • The product has been misused.

  • The product has been exposed to inappropriate chemicals or conditions.

  • The product has been altered or repaired by a third party.

  • The product is not eligible for Lifetime Warranty coverage.

  • Valid proof of purchase cannot be established where required.

  • The claim otherwise falls outside the scope of this policy.

If a claim is rejected, SUNZINE may provide an explanation of the reason for the decision.

14. Care & Maintenance

Proper care can help maintain the appearance and longevity of your jewellery.

We recommend:

  • Store jewellery in a clean, dry place.

  • Keep jewellery separately to reduce scratching.

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals.

  • Remove jewellery before swimming or bathing unless specifically designed for such use.

  • Remove jewellery before exercising or performing strenuous activities.

  • Avoid exposing jewellery to unnecessary impact or pressure.

  • Clean your jewellery only using appropriate methods recommended for the specific product.

  • Keep jewellery away from prolonged exposure to moisture.

For product-specific care instructions, customers should follow the care information provided with their product or contact SUNZINE customer support.

15. Proof of Purchase

SUNZINE may request proof of purchase when processing a warranty claim.

Acceptable proof may include:

  • SUNZINE order confirmation.

  • SUNZINE invoice.

  • Order number.

  • Other valid purchase documentation accepted by SUNZINE.

Customers should retain their order confirmation and invoice for future reference.

16. Warranty & Resale

The Lifetime Warranty is generally associated with the original purchaser and is not intended to provide warranty coverage for products purchased through unauthorized third parties or resellers.

If you purchase a SUNZINE product from a third-party seller, please ensure that the seller is an authorized SUNZINE sales channel.

SUNZINE may request additional documentation to verify the original purchase.

17. Changes to Products

SUNZINE may update, modify, discontinue, or change product designs, materials, finishes, components, or collections from time to time.

If a warranty replacement is required and the original product or component is no longer available, SUNZINE may provide a comparable alternative where reasonably possible.

18. No Coverage for Loss of Use

The Lifetime Warranty covers eligible product defects only.

SUNZINE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a product, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

19. Policy Changes

SUNZINE reserves the right to update or modify this Lifetime Warranty Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised Last Updated date.

The applicable warranty terms may depend on the terms in effect at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
