As part of our commitment to quality and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or refunds on any jewelry items once sold. This is because each piece is considered a delicate personal accessory, and maintaining its purity and safety is our top priority.
However, we believe your experience with Sunzine should be as exceptional as the jewelry itself. If, by rare chance, your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be more than happy to exchange the product for you.
Exchange Guidelines

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and certificates intact.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a seamless pickup or guide you through the return process.

In case the original product is unavailable, you may select an alternative piece of equal value from our collection.
